The receptacle contacts of these 2.54 mm Dubox PCB sockets have a dual beam design for high electrical performance and a cost effective duplex plating. The contacts are also pre-stressed enabling a low insertion force. The floating solder tails self-centre on the circuit pads to assure coplanarity. The housings of these Dubox PCB sockets are made from high temperature thermoplastic to withstand the solder reflow process.
