At the same time, the printable polyester band is coated with a flame-resistant, extremely strong heat-resistant silicone adhesive and therefore has a very high tensile strength. It is therefore suitable for all types of bundles, fasteners and suspension with high mechanical load. Due to its extreme tensile strength, the adhesive tape is also suitable for the short-circuit current-resistant bundling of medium voltage cables. Since the transparent polyester band is not UV-resistant, a cover with PVC-insulating tape is required for outdoor applications.
