Installation element for UFK cable box "System Wichmann" ® Z-19.15-20. Fire-resistant S90 disclosures of cable transmissions in the system floor area, in the floor or under doors. The two-sided UFK mounting element may only be installed in conjunction with a three-sided UFK cable box. The UFK cable box and the suitable UFK mounting element are made of a galvanized steel sheet housing, lined with fire protection agent that is foaming in the case of fire. The fire is functionally separated from the calamity seal and works independently of the seal. The function of the cable box is not interrupted during the post-installation work. The cable closure is supplied as an industrial pre-made and functional and assembly-ready component and is masked or engraved on site. False and overlay are almost excluded due to construction. The UFK cable box can be attached directly to the raw floor via already laid cables, because its base is open. In the application area of the UFK boxes it is not always possible to install several cable boxes next to each other due to the limited construction height of the system floors in combination with enormous cable quantities. However, no problem: the UFK cable box with the attached part simply goes into width and can double its light width. The contained EasyFoam foam stoppers are used for calvary sealing. They have a much lower density and are therefore easier and faster to process than for example fire protection stopper. The sealing to the cables and to the housing is carried out with a permanent elastic sealant (e.g. silicone or acrylic) or with the EasyFoam fire protection mounting foam B1. Installation in the system floor area and in light partitions or in massive walls of 100 mm or more. The cable box can be filled 100% with cables of all kinds (without any limitation of the cable diameter) and with electric installation empty tubes according to DIN EN 61386 with and without cable installation up to a diameter of 63 mm. In addition, the sealed cable box with a mounting element can be installed as a reserve sheet. At occupancy no distances between cables, cables and empty pipes and empty pipes are necessary. Within the empty tubes there is no additional limitation of the cable types and the cable diameter. The UFK cable box with mounting element is particularly popular as a lock under fire protection doors in the vicinity of revision openings in the system floor, as it can be replicated at any time without much effort. The assembly is carried out according to the attached assembly instructions or ABG Z-19.5- 2517. No processor certification is necessary for the installation.
