The unit is supplied in male to female format allowing it to be inserted in-line without requiring a gender change. The patch box is complete with 25 pre-stripped and tinned jumper wires which can be soldered into place for a permanent connection. Wire patch box, a patch box with 25 plug-in jumper wires which require no soldering and may be removed for re-use. The box is ideal for rapid troubleshooting, allowing the user to try out various configurations until the right combination is achieved.
