Installation relays E297 are electromagnetic-operated small-shooter with 18mm width (1 module unit). With these installation relays a reliable consumer control can be designed. The installation relays are usually used via a control switch (continuous contact) where, for example, lighting, air conditioning, fan or similar is to be controlled. The device remains in the in- position as long as the control voltage is at the coil. If the control voltage is interrupted, the installation relay always falls back to the resting position (off position). Thanks to the optimal switching power, they are also suitable for applications in industrial environments and in situations where it is necessary to ensure control of more powerful consumers (such as several lighting groups). The use of an optimized coil (low loss = low operating temperature) ensures an undisturbed and safe use in the electric distributor. The quiet switching sounds and the brumless magnetic system also justify use in public buildings and in private households. The installation relays can be controlled with common AC / DC control voltages depending on the type and are designed for a 16 A current. The devices with control voltage of 24VDC are not suitable for control via PLC!
