Standard IDC Terminals

Insulation Displacement (IDC) technology achieves speed of assembly and reliability. A simple cable insertion tool is used to insert the unprepared wire into the terminal. Two styles of terminals are offered, IDC to IDC and IDC to screw. Two sizes within these two types are available to cater for different wire sizes.Thus the options are as follows:,IDC to IDC - 0.34-1.5mm² (both sides),IDC to IDC - 1.0-2.5mm² (both sides),IDC (0.34-1.5mm²) to screw (0.22-4mm²),IDC (1.0-2.5mm²) to screw (0.22-6mm²),System uses jumper bars, markers, etc. common to the 5000 series (see stock no. 447-428 – typical of range)
