DC drive controller, DC 24 V, 5 A, return-free The module is a 1-channel, intelligent positioning control for DC-24V engines up to 5 A with incremental position feedback. Three 24V inputs capture the terminal switches and a preset signal. An incrementalhost interface evaluates the signals of the position provider and determines the actual value. Positioning optimises the pre-switch position depending on the direction and takes into account the gear play balance. The bi-directional control of the DC engine is carried out via a short-circuit, temperature-controlled H bridge. It is possible to use the PWM as well as the soft-run or power reduction. The 24V power voltage, which is monitored for under and overvoltage, is passed through to the adjacent modules. The module can also be used as: pure incremental encoder or as a switch and power indicator (PWM).
