3-phase power measurement, AC 480 V 5 ADas 3-phase power measurement module 750-494 allows the measurement of the electrical data of a three-phase supply network. The voltage is measured via the connection of the network to the terminals L1, L2, L3 and N. The current of the three phases is fed in via power converters at the terminals IL1, IL2, IL3 and IN. The pre-processing of the 3-phase power measurement module provides all measurements such as blind / dummy / active power, energy consumption, power factor, phase angle, frequency, as well as over- / undervoltage and over- / undercurrent directly in the process image, without prefacing high computing power on the control. These extensive measurements as well as a high-vibration analysis up to the 41st harmonic allow a comprehensive network analysis via the field bus. The system operator is able to control the supply of a drive or machine and to protect the system from damage or failure. The 4-quadrant display shows the type of load (inductive, capacitive) and whether it is an energy consumer or producer.
