HALX ® 180 front parts for visual concrete (1282-65). The form-stable haloX ® system is modular for processing in the local concrete. Three case diameters with a variety of round, square and universal front parts allow the integration of lamps and loudspeakers up to a mounting diameter of 250 mm, even in the case of visual concrete. With tunnels, the system offers sufficient space for the recording of operating equipment, e.g. LED drivers. Optional extension rings are used to increase the installation depth. All front parts are moisture-repellent and can be positioned and nailed exactly before the first reinforcement is laid. The case and front parts are fastened to each other and can also be freely aligned afterwards. Due to the tool-free opening technology with combination introduction M20 / M25, pipes can be easily and quickly introduced and even in the event of a failure, the introduction can be easily closed again. It offers a safe tube restraint with a deep stop, so that a subsequent internal reduction of the pipes does not take place. After pouring, front parts with defined installation diameter can be opened by a targeted hammering. The front parts for universal opening dimensions can be spreaded on or over surface. The desired installation opening is then created with conventional milling tools, e.g. MULTI 4000.
