ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR is a flexible assembly-rail replacement solution for low-voltage applications, available from 27 mm ² to 1200 mm ² and 125 A to 2800 A. ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR is produced in an automated system certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and consists of several layers of thin electrolyte copper. with a high-resistance, self-extinguishing PVC or silicone connection. The insulating sleeve is tilted on the inside, reducing the contact area to the laminates to less than 20%, increasing flexibility and facilitating assembly. ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR is easy to shape even in its largest size and significantly improves the design and assembly flexibility and the aesthetics of the finished plates. All ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR- cross-sections can be bent, folded or drilled with a very small bending radius for shorter and more compact current connections between main current and distribution devices, between transformers and bus lines, between bus lines and control cabinets and many other connections. ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR- compounds are produced by stamping and screw directly by the copper laminates, by clamping to the end of the ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR or by welding with ERICO CADWELD. No noses are to be bought or installed, making the connections easier and faster, and eliminating incorrect connections due to vibration or fatigue. As an ideal alternative to large cables and rigid power rails, ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR needs less construction space and reduces the total weight of panel systems.
