Measuring current converters
The divisible measuring current converters of the WS... series are highly sensitive measuring current converters, which convert differential flows from 10 mA to 100 A, into usable RCM or EDS signals. They are used for subsequent installation in existing systems that cannot be switched off. The connection to the respective devices is via two connection wires. Depending on the line used, the distance of up to 40 m between the measuring current converter and the evaluation device can be reached. It is essential to ensure that all the current-leading lines are guided through the measuring current-converter and these lines are not shielded. An existing protective conductor must not be guided by the converter!
