The S700 series of devices are voltage-independent selective main line protection switches (SHU) and designed for the highest overvoltage category (IV). Its application is diverse: as a separation device at the counter site according to the TAB of the network operators or VDE-AR-N 4101 as well as in all low-voltage main distributions for the protection of distribution circuits and as a free-circuit with separation function. The special selectivity characteristics to ensure high plant availability should be highlighted. SH-switch of the S700 series can be mounted with adapters on a 4-or 5-pin assembly rail system 40mm (12mm x 5 / 10mm) or hat rails. They are optionally available with factory-mounted auxiliary switch. A wide range of accessories, e.g. NH00 adapters, seal and lock adapters, complement this series.
