This engine is an option for frequency inverters of the Altivar 61 / Altivar 71 series. Its nominal current is equal to 12A. It is used as an output filter (between the inverter output and the engine) and allows the operation of your frequency inverter with motor cables that are longer than the maximum permitted lengths. The protection type is IP00. It weighs 5.5 kg. It is used to limit overvoltages at the engine terminals, to filter disturbances and to reduce the engine's ground-end current.
