The maintenance-free battery modules with lead batteries are an important part of the DC-USB systems. In combination with a 24-V power supply and a DC-USV module, they allow the buffering of network failures up to the hour range. For longer buffer times up to six battery modules can be switched in parallel. The battery modules are completely pre-wired with battery protection holder and connection terminals. The mounting is done on standard filter rails or by direct wall mounting.
