Lexium SH3 servo engine. This SH3 series of AC servo motors has a low rotor performance moment, which allows a high acceleration for dynamic application. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density in compact design results. This servo has a nominal permanent level of 0.5 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 1.5 Nm. Its nominal speed is up to 9000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. There is a voltage-dependent nominal power up to 440 W The built-in encoder is performed as a singway with 128 periods / turn (128x1024) as a SinCos hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23 in a straight version. For mounting the engine flange is 55 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 9 mm. The end of the wave is smooth and corresponds to the protection type IP54. The engine housing corresponds to the protection type IP65. A brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series Lexium 52 & amp, Lexium 62 are recommended.
