Protection hose High Temp THERMOJACKET S -10 mm -15 m
Thermojacket is a braided glass fibre hose with an acrylsaturated coating that gives the product stability and abrasion resistance and reduces possible fractionation. Because of this strength, thermocouples S can be easily mounted over long cables and hoses. The special plaiting technique allows, if necessary, a considerable expansion of the hose (e.g. via larger cable connections). The material is resistant to most acids and lye, as well as most solvents and bleaching agents. In the area of cable protection, a complete series of thermocouples for easy assembly is available. Thermojacket S is not resistant to splashes of liquid metals, but offers good heat protection against higher continuous temperatures than with hiprojacket. The applications include thermal insulation and protection of cables and hoses in the glass, ceramic and steel industry, as well as in machine and equipment construction.
