ET 200M can be used for both standard and safety-oriented applications. As peripheral assemblies (the interface to the process) up to 12 high-channel signal (e.g. 64 digital inputs) and function modules as well as communication processors of the S7-300 can be used. The ET 200M also supports assemblies with extended user data, such as HART assemblies with HART side variables. In addition to conventional connection techniques, ET 200M offers you the fast-connection technology for easy wiring.
