The inductive level sensors of the FI52 series are used for the automatic level control of bulk material in vibrating and shearing conveyors, sorting devices, bunker systems, etc. The level is checked by means of an integrated inductive sewing switch, which is operated by a metal element. The metal element is installed in a flexible pendulum. If the level of the hanger conveyor is reduced, the angle of the cut pendulum is also smaller. When the metal element comes near the active surface of the inductive sensor, the sensor's output switches through. An LED indicates that the output is switched on. The pendulum is made of plastic and is any shorter. From the factory, lengths of 100, 200 or 300mm can be offered. The pendulum is stored in a plastic or stainless steel joint depending on the version. The F1520172 offers a special feature: the 100mm long pendulum rod is made of thin stainless steel and can be adjusted by bending to the material to be recognized.
