The signal reverse levels of the VYR9 series convert the output signal of a sensor to meet the requirements of a subsequent electronic circuit or relay. For example, a PNP opener (PNP / nc), NPNclose (NPN / no) or NPN opener (NPN / nc) can be implemented with the PNP closing signal of a sensor. For sensors with M12 plug or cable connection, appropriate connections are available for connection to these signal reverse levels. A further development is the reverse stages of the VY03 series. They can also convert the PNP closing signal of a sensor to PNP opener (PNP / nc) or NPN closing device (NPN / no). With the time stages VY03 the PNP output signals of a sensor are delayed on or off. The time range is 1 to 150ms. The connection of this series is very variable and is done either via M8 plug / can or M12 plug / can in angled or straight version. The VY85 is able, for example, to transform a PNP closing signal of a sensor into any other switching signal (PNP opener or NPN). In addition, it offers an impulse extension, the time ranges of which can be selected by means of plug bridges and set with a potentiometer. The downstream control can therefore process even the shortest impulses safely. For the variant with static pulse extension, the output is active as long as the input is occupied. In case of activated pulse extension, short input impulses are extended to the set time. If the input pulse is longer than the set time, no additional extension is made. If the pulse extension is activated in the dynamic mode, the output is only active for the set time. This then applies regardless of the occupancy time of the receipt. If the input signal is longer than the set time, the output will not be activated until the input signal has been dropped in between. Signal reverse levels are used in all applications where a signal provider with the required output signal is not available.
