Overload and short circuit in one or more branches are reliably detected. This is ensured even on high-floor lines and in the case of slant short circuits. The intact branches are further supplied with 24 V without interruption and retroactive effect and thus minimizes the system's downtime. The erroneous branch is signaled by LEDs on the device as well as by contact with the data.
