Incremental encoder interface, DC 24 V, difference input, 32 BitThe module represents an interface for any incremental encoder with different connections. A counter with square urdecoder and a latch for the zero pulse can be read and activated by the control. The control can set the counter. Depending on the mode of operation, in the case of positive flank at the input "C" or "Litch," the counter value is taken into the latch register and the counter initial.The speed (increments / ms) is automatically recorded and can be transferred to the control as an alternative to the latch value. The input "Gate" allows the counter to be locked. The input "Ref" can be used to activate the function of the zero mark "C." The module signals whether the counter value is in defined windows via the cam outputs (N1, N2). The window areas can be adjusted individually. The module requires a voltage of DC 24 V from which the voltage supply of the donor (Ue, U0) is derived. The screen connection is directly to the support rail.
