This processor module is part of the Modicon M340 series, an offer of programmable controls (PLC). It offers a maximum configuration of 4 module carriers, 36 application-specific channels and 11 slots. It is a processor module with a power consumption of 92mA at 24V DC, works with internal power supply. It also has a RJ45 connection for connection to the Ethernet Modbus / TCP network and a RJ45 connection for the serial Modbus connection or the character Modus connection (RS 232C / RS 485, 2 wire, not isolated). This processor is supplied by default with a SD (Secure Digital) flash memory card. This is intended to secure the two storage areas of the internal RAM of the processor module: program, symbol, comment and constant range. It supports 256kb data, 4096kb and 3584kb program RAM. It is suitable for applications in the process industry, renewable energy, water, cement, manufacturing, infrastructure and machines. This product is CE certified. It meets the standards EN 61131-2, EN 61000-6-4, EN 61000-6-2 and EN 610-2-201. It is supplied with a memory card (BMXRMS008MP) for backup of programs, constants, symbols and data, internal RAM 4096kB, internal RAM 256kB data, internal RAM 3584kB program constants and symbols.
