Mersen's HP6M-Photovoltaic (PV) safety series has been specially developed for the protection of PV- string cabling for 600VDC photovoltaic systems for private and commercial roof systems. Its improved design makes it ideal for continuous temperature and current cycles and extends the service life of the system. The HP6M with a nominal voltage of 600 VDC has been developed for low minimum power output of the 1,35-fold nominal current and allows a safe circuit break at typical low error current conditions produced by PVgenerators.
