Thermal overload relais TA200DU provide reliable protection of the connected engines for currents up to 200 A, according to IEC / EN 60947-1, IEC / EN 60947-4-1 and IEC / EN 60947-5-1.TA200DU are mounted directly to the AF190-AF205 shooter, but can also be mounted separately on a mounting plate. Thermal overload relays are three-pole and trigger over bimetal elements. The engine flow flows through the bimals and warms them both directly and indirectly. If an overload (overload) arises, the bimal elements are deformed due to the heat development. This triggers the relay and the switching positions of the contacts change (95-96 / 97-98) A pre-set sheet can be switched off. The relays allow manual or automatic reset, they have test and stop function as well as a triggered display. A supplementary reset button allows the operation without opening the control cabinet. TA200DU have the trigger class 10A, are temperature compensated, phase-out sensitive and have an ATEX approval.
