The use of the terminals, the bus connection, the set value channel (e.g. fixed values), the speed control (e.g. high-speed, limitations), the BICO connection and the diagnosis are set individually. The advantage is that the expert can access individual parameters at any time via the expert list. An individual set of frequently used parameters can be stored in your own user lists and watch tables. The STARTER commissioning tool is available in German, English, French, Italian and Spanish. The communication between the control unit (CU) of the drive unit and the programming device (PG) or PC can be made, depending on the control unit's design, via PROFIBUS or PROFINET / Ethernet or a serial interface.
