The 3M series 91 AHA N hot-shrink connection set is suitable for all shielded, armoured cables with PVC or VPE conductor insulation in the low voltage range up to 0.6 / 1kV. It can be used both for outdoor applications and for earth laying. The hot-shrinking connection structure consists of a thick-walled, meltglued external hose and four or five meltglued inner hoses. Also included are a copper fabric hose, two roller springs and a roll Scotch 23 self-welding rubber band, but no press connectors. Due to its good resistance to chemicals and lye, it provides a high mechanical protection for the connection. It is UV resistant and offers excellent moisture protection. The halogen-free connection structure has good insulation properties and is therefore suitable for use in the electrical installation, industry and energy supply companies. It is easy and fast to mount, thanks to its slim design, even in a narrow space.
