The Protistor fuse provides maximum flexibility in equipment design and ultimate protection for current power converter systems. This fuse has been developed for the sub-section semiconductor protection to protect inverter UPS systems, engines and similar devices from the consequences of overload. The fuse is made of pure silver and cut-out elements embedded in hardened sand and thus provides protection against light bows.
