This patented cable binder consists of a smooth tape without any tongs and a glass fibre-reinforced pen in the head. During the processing process, a tool designed for this system presses this pen into the head together with the cable binding material. The cable binder is therefore locked and is also firmly attached to the bundle material during vibrations. This system is delivered both in fixed lengths and as an endless system (50 m tape on roll). From a fixed length of 500 mm the tape is two-part and the head is welded with the tape by ultrasound. Applications: This cable binder is particularly suitable for the attachment of folding balls to steering drives, water hoses and underpressure lines.
