Temperature limiter, guard, AC / DC 20 to 30 V
The freely programmable temperature limitation device according to DIN EN 14597 in 48 x 96 mm format is designed for a voltage supply range from AC / DC 20 to 30 V, 48 to 63 Hz, 5 VA. The measurement input is freely configurable for resistance thermometers, thermocouples as well as current and voltage signals. Temperature limiters, guards monitor thermal processes in plants to a set limit value. If this is exceeded, the built-in relay (with a melting fuse) switches the system into a more operational-safe state. The green LED OK is out and the LED K1 is red. If the system returns to the good range, the Reset button must be pressed during temperature limitation operation. Conconfigured as a temperature guard, this automatically returns without external action. The relay KV can issue a pre-alarm signal at an adjustable temperature before reaching the limit, the switching state of which is additionally displayed via the LED KV. The device is designed for the control panel installation and is wired via plug-in screw terminals with a line cross-section of max. 2.5mm ².
