The screwable resistance thermometer allows temperature measurement in gaseous as well as liquid media by the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor. The proven installation shape ensures a reliable tightness at under- and overpressure. The continuous protection tube and the process connection are made of stainless steel 1,4571 and protect the measurement against chemical influences and mechanical damage. The resistance thermometer is therefore ideal for applications such as heating, furnace and apparatus construction or process technology. The double-resistance thermometer according to DIN EN 60751 (Class B) is designed as 2 x Pt100 in two-wire circuit and is designed for temperatures from -50 to + 400 ° C. The connection head made of aluminium pressure cast in form B (IP65) is mounted by a cervical tube heat decoupled from the process connection. The connection head has a cable connection M20 x 1.5 and holds temperatures up to 100 ° C. The protective tube has a dimensions of 9.0 x 160 mm. A screw with thread G 1 / 2 inch is used as a process connection.
