Multi-channel control module for hat rail, 2 relays, DC 24V
The multi-channel controller module (component of the total system mTRON T) supports up to four PID control channels (cascading) with two parameter sets and four set values. Self-optimization by vibration or jump response method. Two universal inputs, two digital and digital outputs and two relay outputs with close contact (AC 230 V / 3 A) are available. The digitised input values / states are available for further processing in the system. The digital and analog outputs can be controlled by the system (via the connection list or directly by the PLC) or directly by the module. The module works independently, even in the event of failure of the central unit or the higher system. This behavior is configurable. The demand for power supply, the operating state of the module and the conditions of the digital inputs and digital outputs are indicated by light diodes. For retrofitting or in case of service, the module insert is simply pulled out of the housing forward. The housing including the bus board remains mounted on the hat rail. The inputs and outputs are connected on the front side via removable terminals with Push- in-technology. The power supply is DC 24 V + 25 / -20%.
