The T01.EC3 radio receiver is used in conjunction with appropriate channels for mobile or stationary measurement of physical sizes. The use of forward-looking radio technology of the industrial radio frequency 868.4 MHz results in a significant reduction in installation costs. The radio-based sensor technology also works in a rough industrial environment. The supplied Lambda / 4 antenna with an impedance of 50 Ohm can be mounted directly or externally. If the optional antenna wall bracket with 3 m long antenna line is used, the open field range is 300 m. The measured values received from the transmitter are reformed, displayed in the receiver and are available as linear current or voltage signals (0 (4) to 20 mA, 0 to 10 V) and via digital interface RS485. Both analog outputs of the receiver are galvanically separated. Two relay outputs are also available. The digital interface with Modbus protocol allows access to higher-level systems, such as system visualization software or modbus master-enabled screen writers. The operation and configuration is possible via the keyboard in conjunction with a two-line LCD display or more comfortable through a setup program. For each channel, parameters such as filter constants, offset, alarms as well as towing hands (minimum and maximum memory) can be set separately. For this, there is a front-side plug for a PC interface with TTL / RS232- or USB / TTL transformer for connection between the receiver and PC. The receiver in the support rail housing is intended for mounting on the hat rail 35 × 7.5 mm according to DIN EN 60715. The screw terminals for the electrical connection are arranged in different levels. The cross-section of the line shall not exceed 2,5 mm2. The power supply is a connection to AC / DC 20 to 30 V, 48 to 63 Hz.
