The probe tube with a dimension of 4.0 x 100 mm is made of stainless steel 1.4571 and has a center tip with 25 ° angle. The mounted handle with a diameter of 20 mm is made of PVC plastic and holds temperatures up to + 200 ° C. The resistance thermometer is therefore preferred for cooking, cooking and baking operations. Other applications include autoclaves and sterilizers. The resistance thermometer according to DIN EN 60751 (class B) is designed as 1 x Pt100 in two-wire circuit and designed for temperatures from -50 to + 200 ° C. The 4.0 m long PTFE connection line is mounted on the transition load. The permissible ambient temperature of the connection line is -50 to + 260 ° C. The open end of the connection is equipped with end-of-line sleeves according to DIN 46228 part 4. The design is also highly shock-resistant and the handle used is oil and acid-resistant.
