Wireless-Access-PointThe Wireless-Access-Point allows access to a machine or system by radio. The third important mode of operation is the construction of a wireless transmission line for ETHERNET protocols such as PROFINET, Modbus / TCP, EtherNet / IPTM, etc., between two devices. In this Gateway mode, the device works as a cable replacement for building a robust, industrial-compatible Bluetooth ® or WLAN connection between two automation devices. The Wireless-Access-Point is mounted by means of a housing (hole cut = 50.5 mm) in the control cabinet.
