The S750DR in 80 and 100A are selective main line protection switches (SHswitch) VDE certified according to IEC / EN 60947-2 and are used as a group or pre-security machine instead of NH fuses or other overcurrent protection bodies in main distributions or switching systems. They offer a complete selectivity for pre and downstream protective devices due to the unique energy limitation in case of error. The S750DR does not need a neutral line, they are voltage independent. No auxiliary energy is required for the turn on or off or for the protection function. The structure ensures the reliable performance of the protection function, regardless of network disturbances or network form.The S750DR is intended for hat rail mounting. The 3-pole devices can be set to a 40mm assembly rail system by means of the S750DR-QA assembly rail adapter. Application: construction, industry, safety-related areas and to ensure high plant availability. For example, in building plants for human accumulation (DIN VDE 0100-718) and in medical areas (DIN VDE 0100-710).
