The Tesys U control and diagnostic unit is inserted into the basic unit LUB38 or LUB380 and thus represents a compact engine starter for 3-phase engine applications up to 18.5kW @ 400V. It offers a thermal overload arm that can be used locally with a LUFDA * module or from a distance with a LULC * module, as well as a test button for overload simulation. For use with a 110-240V AC / 110-220V DC voltage for the control of the starter (via the control terminals A1 / A2 on the basic device).
