BET cable box "System Wichmann" ® Z-19.15-20. Fire-resistant curvature of cable passes for pouring in ceilings. Implementation and S90 fire disconnection is done in one operation. The cable box is made of a galvanized steel sheet housing, lined with fire-resistant material. The fire is functionally separated from the calamity seal and works independently of the seal. The function of the cable box is not interrupted during the post-installation work. The cable closure is supplied as an industrial pre-manufactured and functional and ready-to-assembly component. The BET cable box is attached on site to the ceiling formwork and poured into the local concrete. This process creates a separation for a cable installation shaft and a functional closure in one operation. The subsequent scouting is not necessary. False and overlay are almost excluded due to construction. From a box width of 335 mm a styrofoam block is included in the delivery. The interior of larger BET cable boxes should be stabilized with this styrofoam element before pouring in the local concrete, so that the cable box does not deform when pouring. The contained EasyFoam foam stoppers are used for calvary sealing. They have a much lower density and are therefore easier and faster to process than for example fire protection stopper. The sealing to the cables and to the housing is done with a permanent elastic sealant (e.g. silicone or acrylic) or with the EasyFoam fire-protection mounting foam B1. With the additional sheet covers available, the BET cable boxes can be protected when pouring in the local concrete. The BET cable box shall not stand out more than 60 mm on any ceiling side. One-sided, bundled installation is possible from 210 mm top thickness. The cable box can be filled 100% with cables of all kinds (without any limitation of the cable diameter) and with electric installation empty tubes according to DIN EN 61386 with and without cable installation up to a diameter of 63 mm. In addition, the sealed cable box can be installed as a reserve sheet without any capacity. At occupancy no distances between cables, cables and empty pipes and empty pipes are necessary. Within the empty tubes there is no additional limitation of the cable types and the cable diameter. Ideal also for already finished ceilings: simply fix a control board under the opening, attach the BET cable box to the formwork and pour it into the concrete. The assembly is carried out according to the attached assembly instructions or ABG Z-19.5- 2517. No processor certification is necessary for the installation.
