Suitable for high requirements in industrial applications. Existing mounting holes offer the possibility to screw the foot switches on the ground. Each foot switch is equipped with four rubber feet against slipping. In the case of multi-pedal foot switches, the unintended, simultaneous operation of several pedals is prevented (without the support on request) The foot levers are made of thermoplastic. An accident protection hood made of al- die cast completely shields the pedal up and from the sides and provides a high stability with the wide support. This prevents random operation by falling objects from above or by insincerity from the side. Due to its stability, the hood can withstand a drop weight of 20kg from a height of 1m. Foot switch with safety and hand lock: operation of the pedal to the pressure point: The working contact is closed, the working process is started. In an emergency situation, action beyond the resistance of the pressure point: The working contact is interrupted and locked, the working process is interrupted. Even if the pedal is not operated, the locking in an external position is maintained at this stage. Uncontrolled reopening or a new start of moving machine parts is thus safely avoided. Unlocking: Only after the removal of the driving situation will a unlocking of hand (pressure button on the side of the housing) release the contacts. The work process can be reinitiated by pressing the pedal to the pressure point. The foot switch with increased protection are dusty and protected against permanent immersion.
