The RC unit is used for: • fluorescent lamps: to limit the voltage peaks generated by the throttle integrated in the fluorescent lamps when switching off. It is recommended to add an RC unit between L and N to each fluorescent tube. • LED displays: to avoid flickering or lights of the low-power LED lamps (not dimmable only switching function) in the external state with the xComfort dimmers (CDAU-01 / 02, CDAU-01 / 03, CDA- 01 / 02, CDA- 01 / 02, CDA- 01 / 03), it is recommended to add an RC unit parallel to the lamp.
