The Modbus module with 4 digital inputs and 2 relay outputs with hand-operated level was developed for decentralised switching tasks. Suitable for example to record light switches and window contacts in a room and to switch 2 light bands or as a blinds control. 2 motor-operated fire-fighting valves can also be controlled. The relay contacts shall be protected by appropriate load-dependent measures. The inputs can be operated as contact or voltage inputs. The inputs and outputs can be switched and checked via a modbus master via standard registers. The settings of the module address, the bit rate and the parity are made by 2 switches on the front or by software. Suitable for decentralised assembly on TH35 carrier rail according to IEC 60715 in electric distributors. Connection with screw terminals
