These Datamate J-Tek OTS cable sockets are designed for military, aerospace and high end applications and are internationally utilised in COTS programs. The housings of these Datamate J-Tek cable sockets are fully shrouded for contact protection and incorporate polarization features to prevent mis-mating. These Datamate J-Tek cable connectors have crimp contacts made from beryllium copper with a 4 finger design making them capable of withstanding extreme temperature ranges and high vibration and shock. Each Datamate J-Tek cable connector kit consists of a housing with jackscrews fitted and loose crimp contacts that are rear insertable.Part numbers M80-460-xxxx are supplied with slotted jackscrews and have a large bore for a 22 AWG wirePart numbers M80-461-xxxx are supplied with jackscrews and have a small bore for a 24-28 AWG wirePart numbers M80-466-xxxx and M80-486-xxxx are designed with a extended rear wall 5mm in depth which allows back potting to take place.
