Activated carbon filter, DKF 14-1,
2 odour filters for the Miele Dust Extractor hood DA 186 in the air. In addition to the stainless steel metal filter, which absorbs fat particles, active carbon filters are used in the air in the case of extractor hoods. Unpleasant kitchen odours are stored and neutralized in the active carbon microphones. If you operate your Miele dustabgshad with air change, make sure that the operating hour counter of your hood is activated. It shows reliably when the odour filter has to be changed. Only if you change it regularly, your Miele extractor hood can work properly in the air. In the case of all extractor hoods, i.e. in both the air and the air, the fat filters must also be cleaned regularly when the control lamp is lit. This is usually the case every 3-4 weeks. In the instructions for use of your Miele extractor hood you will find all information on the optimal care and relaxation. Please note: an overfat filter means fire risk!
