Decentralised residential ventilation unit with heat recovery for controlled ventilation and ventilation of individual rooms. The ventilation device is particularly suitable for retrofitting and refurbishment. The installation is done without air channels directly into an outside wall. The device is equipped with very efficient and extremely quiet running EC fans. The air that is used and exposed to moisture is discharged to the outside. Fresh air is fed to the room. The ice protection function with an automatic cutting-off prevents the heat exchanger from freezing at low outside temperatures. The condensate is derived from the outside wall and is equipped with a temperature-controlled accompanying heating. In the plastic wall cover (alpinwhite, can be pierced with wall color), the operating element is integrated with a segment display for operating mode, filter signal and error message, as well as inlet and exhaust air filters. An optional radio remote control and / or air quality sensor can be retrofitted for needs-dependent control. For installation, a wall sleeve (round or square version) and the outer wall aperture are necessary.
