A standard integrated combis sensor (humidity / temperature) in the exhaust air allows a demand-led ventilation operation as well as an intelligent dehumidification strategy (overmoisture protection). The device is also characterised by a freeze protection strategy adapted to the real needs. The heat recovery device has a multi-function contact for the control of e.g. sole- earth heat exchanger (unregulated pump), operating and fault display, preheating or post-heating register, external valves or cooling. 2 input contacts (12 V and 230 V) are available for e.g. safety-related shutdown. Various inputs / outputs allow for a control connection to other home-technology devices, e.g. heat pump. Integrated MODbus interface (TCP / IP and RTU) for integration into the building management technology. The optional K-SM plug module allows integration into KNX building systems.
