Short description: Central compact very quiet apartment ventilation unit with heat recovery. For controlled ventilation and ventilation. The integrated / automatic volume flow control ensures a permanent compliance of the set volume flow under all operating conditions (e.g. filter pollution, air venting settings). This also results in a simpler start-up / air measurement on the valves. A standard integrated combis sensor (humidity / temperature) in the exhaust air allows a demand-led ventilation operation as well as an intelligent frost protection and dehumidification strategy (overmoisture protection). Integrated MODbus interface (TCP / IP and RTU) for integration into the building management technology. The optional K-SM plug module allows integration into the KNX building systems. The E-SM optional plug module allows integration into EnOcean systems. Optional additional panels ZP 1 and ZP 2 for extension functions such as pressure control of the EC fans, zone flap, solar heat exchanger (controlled pump), filter differential pressure measurement.
