In the positioning of variable central housing ventilation unit with heat recovery for controlled ventilation of residential houses, apartments and meeting and maintenance rooms up to 11 persons. The well-thought-out concept of the ventilation device allows different installation variants. Heat recovery from the exhaust air with cross-current heat exchanger, heat recovery rate up to 97%. Ice protection with automatic cutting. Comprehensive self-diagnosis system. Exhaust temperature monitoring for cooling-out of the unit in winter. Integrated automatic summer bypass with adjustable switching temperature to stop heat recovery in summer. The optional multi-lingual operation with a clear-text LCD display and integrated real-time clock with a weekly timer for the time control of the operating modes allow the ventilation device to operate without additional control elements. The EPP housing corresponds to fire class B1.
