Self-contained heating band consisting of two parallel, tinted copper litches with a cross-section of 1.9 mm2, the interlying, molecular-connected, self-contained heating element, an electrical insulating case of modified polyolefin, a protective plate of tinned copper litches (resistance max. 0.009 Ohm / m according to VDE 0254) and an orange, robust, 1.8 mm thick protective coat of modified polyolefin, length 71 to 85 m. Ambient temperature 100 degrees Celsius continuous operation (110 degrees Celsius short-term), nominal power in concrete at 0GradC on the concrete surface 300 W / m2. Extended Raychem product guarantee of 10 years for the complete accompanying heating system when using the co-ordinated heating bands and control units, in combination VIA- DU 20 controller.
