Amphenol HD-BNC connector plugs for high density cable variants, offers 4 times the density of traditional RF BNC connectors, with true 75 ohms impedance which exceeds SMPTE 292M and 424M industry standards. These high density BNC connectors are compatible with most of the typical broadcast cable types including Belden®, Times Fiber®, DRAKA® and Image 360® and are also fully compatible with the current field installer tooling and strip dimensions utilised for traditional BNC connector variants. Amphenol HD-BNC connectors are 51% smaller than BNC, 39% smaller than Mini-BNC and 40% smaller than Din 1.0/2.3 connectors, making these HD-BNC connectors suitable for a wide variety of applications, including broadcasting, digital video - HDTV, network routing and switching, satellite headends and many others.
